We hosted our first Basic Bearing Knowledge workshop at our new training facility, located at our head office in Johannesburg. The workshop was attended by procurement personnel from our loyal customer base that expressed interest in gaining a basic understanding of bearings.
We understand that not everyone that deals with bearings on a daily basis has an extensive knowledge of the product or comes from an engineering background. It is for this reason that we decided to host these workshops. The more our customers know about the product, the more likely they will be to order the correct item the first time and receive the best possible service from their bearing supplier. This ultimately results in our customers saving time, reducing plant downtime and project delays as well as making their jobs easier and less stressful.
By helping our clients understand our products better, we make good strides in achieving our mission of industrial supplies, simplified.
