Reseller Customers (Wholesale division)

We offer a separate, dedicated reseller division ready to offer you the fastest, most reliable service possible.

Our online reseller sales portal is available to all interested reseller customers. The portal provides pricing, availability and the ability to place orders from the convenience of a web browser or smart phone.
Orders placed on the web portal are immediately sent to our warehouse management system notifying our warehouse pickers to start processing your order through their hand-held scanners. This ensures rapid turnaround times with as little human intervention as possible.
If you prefer more traditional methods, our dedicated reseller division is standing by to take your call.
With more than R70 million in stock across 15 000 product lines, all available for same day shipping, Bearings 2000 is proud to achieve a fill rate of over 85% across our planned range of stocked industrial bearings, power transmission products and seals. This means that more than 85% of all planned stock items requested by our reseller customers are quoted ex-stock.
We do not claim to be a one-stop-shop of all industrial and engineering parts, tools and components, but when it comes to your most in-demand bearings, power transmission products and seals, we aim to be the reliable and competitively priced first stop for all your needs.
We also stock a range of high-demand, common allied industrial parts such as circlips, rod ends, washers, nuts, adhesives, cleaners, greases, lubrication, catalogues and bearing fitments/condition monitoring equipment.
Southern Africa is a remote region of the world and not all products are readily available in the market. You may even require rare items that cannot be found anywhere else. But somewhere in the world your required product exists – and we know where to find it!
We have been developing supplier networks around the world for more than 25 years, so you can be sure that we will find the right product for you on time. We process large volumes of airfreight orders from Europe and Asia each week and can offer extremely competitive pricing by consolidating our air freight parcels.
As an authorised distributor for Schaeffler Group, we guarantee genuine FAG and INA products when you purchase from Bearings 2000. With the number of cases of fake FAG bearings being introduced into the South African market over the past few years, is it really worth buying from non-authorised sources?
Bearings 2000 follows strict quality management controls ensuring that no counterfeit product finds its way into our inventory. This includes tight controls around returns of FAG/INA products, ensuring that any returned items are the very same items that we supplied.
Bearings 2000 has the in-house expertise to identify counterfeit bearings, which are prone to defects and carry no manufacturer warranty. Any of our clients are welcome to make use of this service.
Bearings 2000 recognises after-hours service is a key component of a bearing reseller’s offering to its end-user customer. After-hours service has become a major concern for any bearing company operating within Southern Africa. The Bearings 2000 after-hours policy is to quote and supply in the quickest, most transparent way possible. We are open from 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays during the business after-hours period and are on-call to open up within an hour during other after-hours times.
