Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO division)

Our training courses range from basic bearing knowledge and fitting, to more advanced maintenance courses. Depending on the level of training required, training sessions can last up to two days and can be carried out either on site, or at a Bearings 2000 branch, depending on your needs and preferences.

Bearings 2000 stocks a wide variety of condition monitoring systems that analyse changes in the vibration behaviour of the machines in your plant over time. This enables you to detect and attend to any incipient damage early on and prevent unscheduled downtime.

Bearings 2000 has the in-house expertise to identify counterfeit bearings, which are prone to defects and carry no manufacturer warranty. Any of our clients are welcome to make use of this service.

Our experienced field service engineers carry out regular proactive maintenance and technical assessment on all critical plant components to ensure your machinery continues to function optimally. We also offer a round-the-clock, comprehensive breakdown service to assist in getting your equipment up and running as quickly as possible in the event of mechanical failure. This includes fault diagnosis, failure assessments, mounting and dismounting of bearings, balancing and alignment of bearings, beltings and shafts, and maintenance consultancy.

Ultimately it’s all about getting the right product at the right time. For that reason, Bearings 2000 has a dedicated fleet of vehicles for our MRO division to ensure urgent deliveries are dispatched as soon as possible.

Our reliable breakdown delivery service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year – because when you need a replacement part, you usually need it immediately!
